Advert Media Limited TERMS OF USE<\/p>

These Terms of Use explain how you may use our app and services.<\/p>

By accessing or using our applications, platforms or our websites you agree to these terms.<\/p>

Clubs<\/strong> means any club or other entity that has subscribed and uses the Club Apps platform.<\/p>

Churches<\/strong> means any Church or other entity that has subscribed and uses the Church Apps platform.<\/p>

Businesses<\/strong> means any business or other entity that has subscribed and uses the Business Apps platform.<\/p>

Skool Loop means Advert Media Limited or its assigns<\/strong><\/p>

Skool Loop Platform<\/strong> means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Skool Loop mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the school console, Skool Loop and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.<\/p>

Skool Books<\/strong> means Advert Media Limited or its assigns<\/p>

Skool Books Platform<\/strong> means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Skool Books mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the school console, Skool Books and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.<\/p>

School Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns<\/strong><\/p>

School Apps<\/strong> means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the School Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the school console, School Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.<\/p>

Club Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns<\/strong><\/p>

Club Apps<\/strong> means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Club Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the club console, Club Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.<\/p>

Church Apps<\/strong> means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns<\/strong><\/p>

Church Apps<\/strong> means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Church Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the church console, Church Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.<\/p>

Business Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns<\/strong><\/p>

Business Apps<\/strong> means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Business Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the business console, Business Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.<\/p>

Website<\/strong> means the websites at the domains www.skoolloop.com<\/a>, www.skoolbooks.org<\/a>, www.schoolappsnz.co.nz<\/a>, www.clubappsglobal.com<\/a>, www.businessapps.nz<\/a>, www.churchappsglobal.com<\/a> or any website built by us.<\/p>

2. INTRODUCTION<\/h5>

This document sets out the terms and conditions of ADVERT MEDIA LIMITED NZBN 9429032985733 and, or SNAPP MOBILE LIMITED NZBN 9429030383180 (referred to in this terms and conditions as \u2018we<\/strong>\u2019, \u2018us<\/strong>\u2019, or \u2018our<\/strong>\u2019).<\/p>

These terms and conditions apply to the following user groups:<\/p>

  1. a) Parents who use the Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps platform to interact with their child\u2019s school;<\/li>
  2. b) Schools using Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps for administrative purposes and communication with parents and the wider school community;<\/li>
  3. c) Club members who use the Club Apps platform to interact with their club;<\/li>
  4. d) Clubs using Club Apps for administrative purposes and communication with members and the wider club community;<\/li>
  5. e) Congregation members who use the Church Apps platform to interact with their church;<\/li>
  6. f) Churches using Church Apps for administrative purposes and communication with congregation members and the wider church community;<\/li>
  7. g) Employees who use the Business Apps platform to interact with their workplace;<\/li>
  8. h) Businesses using Business Apps for administrative purposes and communication with employees and business associates;<\/li>
  9. i) Advertisers who may use Skool Loop, Skool Books, School Apps, Club Apps, Church Apps or Business Apps to deliver advertisements and related services.<\/li><\/ol>

    We provide the platform as a technical service provider only.<\/p>

    We do not own or control the content schools, clubs, churches or businesses upload.<\/p>

    Each school, club, church or business is the data controller and custodian<\/strong> of the information it enters into the platform and is responsible for how it uses the platform and how it collects and uses personal information.<\/p>

    3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h5>

    Skool Loop, Skool Books, School Apps<\/strong><\/p>

    If you are a parent, caregiver, student, teacher, or other school community member using the Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps platform:<\/p>

    • You must use the platform only for its intended purpose \u2014 to receive and respond to school communications.<\/li>
    • You must not misuse the platform (e.g. by attempting to interfere with its operation or upload harmful or inappropriate content).<\/li>
    • You must not share your login (if you have one) or attempt to access areas of the platform you\u2019re not authorised to use.<\/li>
    • If you upload or send content, it must be accurate, appropriate, and not infringe on anyone\u2019s rights.<\/li><\/ul>

      You are responsible for ensuring any content or personal information you share complies with your school\u2019s privacy and data protection policies.<\/p>

      If you are unsure how your school is using Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps or managing your personal information, please contact your school directly.<\/p>

      Club Apps<\/strong><\/p>

      If you are a club member, administrator, or other club community member using the Club Apps platform:<\/p>

      • You must use the platform only for its intended purpose \u2014 to receive and respond to club communications, participate in club activities, and access club resources.<\/li>
      • You must not misuse the platform (e.g. by attempting to interfere with its operation or upload harmful or inappropriate content).<\/li>
      • You must not share your login (if you have one) or attempt to access areas of the platform you\u2019re not authorised to use.<\/li>
      • If you upload or send content, it must be accurate, appropriate, and not infringe on anyone\u2019s rights.<\/li><\/ul>

        You are responsible for ensuring any content or personal information you share complies with your club\u2019s privacy and data protection policies.<\/p>

        If you are unsure how your club is using Club Apps or managing your personal information, please contact your club directly.<\/p>

        Church Apps<\/strong><\/p>

        If you are a congregation member, church staff, or other church community member using the Church Apps platform:<\/p>

        • You must use the platform only for its intended purpose \u2014 to receive and respond to church communications, participate in spiritual activities, access church resources, and engage with the church community.<\/li>
        • You must not misuse the platform (e.g. by attempting to interfere with its operation or upload harmful or inappropriate content).<\/li>
        • You must not share your login (if you have one) or attempt to access areas of the platform you\u2019re not authorised to use.<\/li>
        • If you upload or send content, it must be accurate, appropriate, and not infringe on anyone\u2019s rights.<\/li><\/ul>

          You are responsible for using donation and tithing features appropriately and in accordance with your church\u2019s financial policies.<\/p>

          You are responsible for ensuring any content or personal information you share complies with your church\u2019s privacy and data protection policies.<\/p>

          If you are unsure how your church is using Church Apps or managing your personal information, please contact your church directly.<\/p>

          Business Apps<\/strong><\/p>

          If you are an employee, business administrator, or other business associate using the Business Apps platform:<\/p>

          • You must use the platform only for its intended purpose \u2014 to receive and respond to business communications, access company resources, participate in workplace activities, and engage with business operations.<\/li>
          • You must not misuse the platform (e.g. by attempting to interfere with its operation or upload harmful or inappropriate content).<\/li>
          • You must not share your login (if you have one) or attempt to access areas of the platform you\u2019re not authorised to use.<\/li>
          • If you upload or send content, it must be accurate, appropriate, and not infringe on anyone\u2019s rights.<\/li><\/ul>

            You must comply with your workplace policies, including health and safety procedures, HR protocols, and company guidelines when using the platform.<\/p>

            You are responsible for ensuring any content or personal information you share complies with your business\u2019s privacy, data protection, and employment
            policies.<\/p>

            If you are unsure how your business is using Business Apps or managing your personal information, please contact your business directly.<\/p>

            4. DATA AND PRIVACY<\/h5>

            Skool Loop, Skool Books, School Apps<\/strong><\/p>

            The school you are connected to controls the data<\/strong> you see or submit in the Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps. They decide what is collected, when, and how it is used.<\/p>

            Advert Media acts only as a data processor on the school\u2019s instructions and solely for the purpose of providing the Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps service.<\/p>

            We do not use personal information for advertising or sell data to third parties.<\/p>

            We do not access or use personal data except where necessary to operate, maintain or support the platform on the school\u2019s behalf.<\/p>

            Club Apps<\/strong><\/p>

            The club you are connected to controls the data you see or submit in Club Apps. They decide what is collected, when, and how it is used.<\/p>

            We do not use personal information for advertising or sell data to third parties.<\/p>

            We do not access or use personal data except where necessary to operate, maintain or support the platform on the club\u2019s behalf.<\/p>

            Church Apps<\/strong><\/p>

            Important: Churches are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable financial regulations when using donation and tithing features. We do not process financial transactions directly but provide the platform for churches to manage their own donation systems.<\/p>

            We do not use personal information for advertising or sell data to third parties.<\/p>

            We do not access or use personal data except where necessary to operate, maintain or support the platform on the church\u2019s behalf.<\/p>

            Business Apps<\/strong><\/p>

            The business you are connected to controls the data you see or submit in Business Apps. They decide what is collected, when, and how it is used.<\/p>

            Snapp Mobile Limited acts only as a data processor on the business\u2019s instructions and solely for the purpose of providing the Business Apps service.<\/p>

            Important: Businesses are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable employment, health and safety, and data protection regulations when using the platform for workplace communications and data management.<\/p>

            We do not use personal information for advertising or sell data to third parties.<\/p>

            We do not access or use personal data except where necessary to operate, maintain or support the platform on the business\u2019s behalf.<\/p>

            Skool Loop, Skool Books, School Apps<\/strong><\/p>

            During the onboarding process, Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps acts solely as a subprocessor on behalf of the school.<\/p>

            The school is the data controller and determines what information is provided.<\/p>

            We process the information submitted through the booking form (such as contact details and branding) only for the purpose of setting up and configuring the
            school\u2019s account.<\/p>

            Club Apps<\/strong><\/p>

            During the onboarding process, Club Apps acts solely as a subprocessor on behalf of the club.<\/p>

            The club is the data controller and determines what information is provided.<\/p>

            We process the information submitted through the booking form (such as contact details and branding) only for the purpose of setting up and configuring the club\u2019s account.<\/p>

            Church Apps<\/strong><\/p>

            During the onboarding process, Church Apps acts solely as a subprocessor on behalf of the church.<\/p>

            6. SECURITY<\/h5>

            We take protection and security seriously:<\/p>

            • Data is hosted securely on New Zealand Servers<\/li>
            • We use HTTPS to encrypt data transmission.<\/li>
            • Passwords are encrypted and only visible to you.<\/li>
            • Access to data is restricted and monitored in accordance with our security protocols<\/li><\/ul>

              7. OUR ROLE<\/h5>

              We are a technical service provider. We:<\/p>

              • Host and maintain the Skool Loop, Skool Books, School Apps, Club Apps, Church Apps, Business Apps and related systems.<\/li>
              • Provide support and updates for the platform.<\/li>
              • Protect the system\u2019s security and ensure it works reliably.<\/li><\/ul>

                We do not<\/strong>:<\/p>

                • Control the messages or content uploaded by schools, clubs, churches, businesses.<\/li>
                • Decide who gets access to what information.<\/li>
                • Collect personal data beyond what is needed to provide the service.<\/li><\/ul>

                  We may use subprocessors (such as cloud service providers) to help deliver the platform. These subprocessors are listed in our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

                  8. SUPPORT AND LIMITATIONS<\/h5>

                  We aim to provide a reliable and user-friendly platform, but:<\/p>

                  We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may need to suspend the service for maintenance or upgrades.<\/p>

                  Support is available via your school, club, church or business or by contacting our helpdesk.<\/p>

                  9. LIABILITY<\/h5>

                  To the maximum extent allowed by law:<\/p>

                  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.<\/li>
                  • You are responsible for using the platform in a secure and lawful manner.<\/li>
                  • Schools, clubs, churches or businesses are responsible for any personal information they upload or distribute through the platform.<\/li><\/ul>

                    Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.<\/p>

                    10. ENDING USE<\/h5>

                    Skool Loop, Skool Books, School Apps<\/strong><\/p>

                    AS PARENTS<\/strong><\/p>

                    Parents can stop using Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps at any time by deleting the app or disabling notifications. To remove information, parents must contact the school.<\/p>

                    We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the platform or breach these terms.<\/p>

                    Your school can also deactivate your access if your relationship with the school ends or if you breach any of the terms of use of the Skool Loop Platform.<\/p>

                    Club Apps<\/strong><\/p>

                    AS CLUB MEMBERS<\/strong><\/p>

                    Club members can stop using Club Apps at any time by deleting the app or disabling notifications. To remove information, club members must contact the club.<\/p>

                    We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the platform or breach these terms.<\/p>

                    Your club can also deactivate your access if your relationship with the club ends or if you breach any of the terms of use of the Club Apps Platform.<\/p>

                    Church Apps<\/strong><\/p>

                    AS CONGREGATION MEMBERS<\/strong><\/p>

                    Congregation members can stop using Church Apps at any time by deleting the app or disabling notifications. To remove information, congregation members must contact the church.<\/p>

                    We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the platform or breach these terms.<\/p>

                    Your church can also deactivate your access if your relationship with the church ends or if you breach any of the terms of use of the Church Apps Platform.<\/p>

                    Business Apps<\/strong><\/p>

                    AS EMPLOYEES<\/strong><\/p>

                    Employees can stop using Business Apps at any time by deleting the app or disabling notifications. To remove information, employees must contact the
                    business.<\/p>

                    We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the platform or breach these terms.<\/p>

                    Your business can also deactivate your access if your employment relationship ends or if you breach any of the terms of use of the Business Apps Platform.<\/p>

                    11. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION<\/h5>

                    Skool Loop \/ SkoolBooks \/ School Apps \u2013 Cancellation and Termination<\/strong><\/p>

                    Skool Loop, SkoolBooks, and School Apps which are provided to schools on a subscription basis. The subscription continues on an ongoing basis unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel, you must let us know in writing on ninety (90) days\u2019 notice. After the subscription ends, we will remove all school data.<\/p>

                    Club Apps \u2013 Cancellation and Termination<\/strong><\/p>

                    Club Apps is provided to clubs on a subscription basis. The subscription continues on an ongoing basis unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel, you must let us know in writing on ninety (90) days\u2019 notice. After the subscription ends, Club Apps will remove all club data.<\/p>

                    Church Apps \u2013 Cancellation and Termination<\/strong><\/p>

                    Church Apps are provided to organisations on a subscription basis. The subscription continues on an ongoing basis unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel, you must let us know in writing on ninety (90) days\u2019 notice. After the subscription ends, Church Apps will remove all organisation data.<\/p>

                    Business Apps \u2013 Cancellation and Termination<\/strong><\/p>

                    Business Apps are provided to organisations on a subscription basis. The subscription continues on an ongoing basis unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel, you must let us know in writing on ninety (90) days\u2019 notice. After the subscription ends, Business Apps will remove all organisation data.<\/p>

                    12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h5>

                    All intellectual property in the Skool Loop, Skool Books platform (excluding school content) belongs to Advert Media Limited.<\/p>

                    School Apps, Club Apps, Church Apps, and Business Apps (excluding organizational content) belongs to Snapp Mobile Limited.<\/p>

                    You may not copy, distribute or modify the platform without permission.\u00a0<\/p>

                    13. ADVERTISER PARTICIPATION<\/h5>

                    Skool Loop, Skool Books, School Apps<\/strong><\/p>

                    Local businesses may be invited to advertise within the Skool Loop, Skool Books or School Apps app to support their local school community. Advertising helps provide the app at no cost to the schools.<\/p>

                    If you choose to advertise:<\/p>

                    • You can choose a regular or exclusive placement for a fixed fee.<\/li>
                    • We can help design your advert using content you provide or that\u2019s publicly available (like from your website).<\/li>
                    • You\u2019ll be sent a proof to approve before your ad goes live, but the design ownership sits with the business.<\/li><\/ul>

                      All ads must be suitable for a school audience.<\/p>

                      We do not allow any content that is offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or inappropriate for children or families. This includes hate speech, racism, or harmful material of any kind.<\/p>

                      We reserve the right to reject or remove ads that don\u2019t meet our standards.<\/p>

                      Individual school users may also control who advertises on their platform depending on their individual school community needs.<\/p>

                      Club Apps<\/strong><\/p>

                      Local businesses may be invited to advertise within the Club Apps app to support their local club community. Advertising helps provide the app at no cost to the clubs.<\/p>

                          We reserve the right to reject or remove ads that don\u2019t meet our standards.<\/p>

                          Individual church users may also control who advertises on their platform depending on their individual church community needs.<\/p>

                          Business Apps<\/strong><\/p>

                          Local businesses may be invited to advertise within the Business Apps app to support their local business community. Advertising helps provide the app at no cost to the businesses.<\/p>

                          If you choose to advertise:<\/p>

                          • You can choose a regular or exclusive placement for a fixed fee.<\/li>

                            We do not allow any content that is offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or inappropriate for workplace environments. This includes hate speech, racism, or harmful material of any kind.<\/p>

                            We reserve the right to reject or remove ads that don\u2019t meet our standards.<\/p>

                            Individual business users may also control who advertises on their platform depending on their individual business community needs.<\/p>

                            While we check advertising content before publishing, we are not responsible for the actions or views of advertisers outside of the app (e.g. on their website or social media).<\/p>

                            Advertising is optional and by invitation only.<\/p>

                            14. LICENCE TO USE<\/h5>

                            We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps, platforms or websites for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with

                            You must not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.<\/p>

                            All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Advert Media Limited and, or by Snapp Mobile Limited.<\/p>

                            These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand<\/p>

                            If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.<\/p>

                            Our services may include links or integrations with third-party websites or providers.
