Advert Media Limited or its assigns.<\/p>

SkoolBooks Platform<\/strong>
The digital services and tools, including but not limited to the SkoolBooks mobile application (iOS and Android), website, school console, and associated features, content, and communication tools.<\/p>

Any third-party service provider engaged by us to process personal information on our behalf.<\/p>

    Schools remain the data controllers. Advert Media Limited acts solely as a data processor and does not own or control user data.<\/p>

    Privacy Policy Updates<\/p>

    We will notify users of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email, platform notifications, or other direct communication channels.<\/p>

    Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.<\/p>

      • Advert Media Limited provides infrastructure only<\/li>
      • No independent use of school data is undertaken<\/li><\/ul>

          • Student accounts are created and controlled by the relevant school. Schools are responsible for obtaining any required consent for students to use the SkoolBooks Platform. Student personal information is not used for advertising or profiling.<\/li><\/ul>

                      • Videos uploaded by users<\/li>

Text and images submitted to the platform – including posts, comments, messages and uploaded images – may be sent to that service for automated classification. The service is used only to identify inappropriate content and is not used for advertising, profiling, or training third-party AI models.<\/p>
